There’s a reason why beds are one of the top selling items at Ikea. Not only do they have a huge range to choose from, but they’re affordable, durable and unique. There’s a bed for every taste and every space, and everything is simplistic and modern. Then, all it takes is a couple of fun accessories to continuously change up the room.

  • Do you have two kids in one room? Then you’re going to want a bunk bed, or a bed with storage space.
  • Not enough sleeping space for when you have visitors? You’ll need a guest bed where you can choose between fold-away beds or sofas that easily convert into a double bed.
  • There is a bed for every need, including sofa beds, Divan beds, loft beds, cots, and even upholstered beds.

Good sleep is vital to a healthy body and mind, and one of the key elements in getting a good night’s sleep is the bed. A good bed, mattress, and pillow make all the difference in the world, which is why Ikea beds are so popular. Who doesn’t want to sleep well?

Below are two helpful tips to consider when buying beds from IKEA.

Tip 1:

If you’re having trouble choosing between LURÖY Slats and LÖNSET Slats, consider the following:

  • LURÖY Slats — 17 layer-glued slats adjust to your body weight and increase the suppleness of the mattress. There is no need for assembly.
  • LÖNSET Slats — 30 slats that adjust to your body weight and increase the suppleness of the mattress, as comfort zones adjust to your body. Assembly is required for this one. Helpful hint: getting the Flatpack Professor to help you put it together will make the process 30 times easier.

Tip 2:

  • SKORVA midbeam is needed for most of their bed frames, and it is included in the price of the bed. If you shop at the store you need to buy one separately, but if you buy your bed online, the SKORVA midbeam is already included in the delivery.

As usual, if you’re looking for more advice, or need some helpful tips, just visit the IKEA website. If you’re having trouble with the assembly, call the Flatpack Professor to do it for you. The sooner you find your perfect bed, the closer you are to better sleep — no assembly required on your part.
